I previously posted that Zogby was predicting a Kerry win with 313 electoral votes, vs. 213 for Bush. Taken from Zogby's home page (as of this moment), here's how Zogby allocated some battleground state electoral votes:

It sounds like Zogby needs to smoke another bowl..313 to 213???? I doubted this number when you first posted it, and as time continues to pass it becomes more and more obvious that we are destined to be citizens of the newly named "Doltland".....The only consolation is that Californians and New Yorkers seem to more lucid (despite their reputations) than the "rough tough red states"....and the fact that my mother, a die-hard Republican living in Michigan, is forced to live in a state that voted Democrat...

I previously raised the question about whether Interference Inc. was prompt in letting the authorities know that the so-called bombs in Boston weren't bombs. Now a new question has been raised - was Peter Berdovsky prompt in letting Interference Inc. know that the guerilla marketing campaign had gone sour? And should he have informed the on-scene officers that there was nothing to worry about? The issue was raised because Berdovsky videotaped police at a (supposed) bomb site.
