Remember Millionaire Mom, as cited by Genetic Mishap? Reminder:

Is it possible for a stay at home in rural (no stop light town) Virginia earn a million dollars by her 40th birthday (5/27/06)? Its not just the money...although that will be nice...but the challenge, the quest, the fulfillment of something seemingly impossible.

Well, she's moved off the $0 mark. Recent entry:

Finally... a check. Not a big one... $83.44 from ClickBank. Checking my Clickbank account I see this income came mostly from affiliate referrals. Okay, not a great check but I don't push affiliate as my main money maker.

As I check around, I see I'm owed nearly $2000 but I haven't counted that yet. Don't count your eggs until they hatched.

For the record, Millionaire Mom has made more in 8 days than I made in five years of selling Ontario Emperor CDs via mp3.com (R.I.P.). (Discography here.)

So what is ClickBank and how did Millionaire Mom make her $80+ from referrals?

With ClickBank every link on your web site can be a source of revenue. Use the Marketplace to find products that will be of interest to people who visit your site. Next to each product listing you'll see a percentage. This is the commission you can earn for referring a paying customer to ClickBank to purchase that product. Click on the percentage to see how to make a hoplink for each product.
