Gabber Gabber Hey
Well, after reading the information here, I opened the URL (File menu, Open URL) http://netradio.gabber.org:8000/gabber.mp3 in Windows Media Player. The song that happened to be playing at the time wasn't quite as melodic as AYB, but it's better than "Randy Van Worm."
He's dead, Jim.
Unrelated:
Jack Nicklaus gracefully departed Augusta on Saturday, tentatively retiring from the Masters without accusing Arnold Palmer of gratuitous foot wedges.
In his wake, Nicklaus left a leaderboard filled with former Masters champions whose apparent mutual envy makes their green jackets pale by comparison. He escaped before Vijay Singh could cite him for saturating the fairways with tears.
Friday, Singh sent Masters officials scurrying to the 13th green to chide Phil Mickelson for leaving spike marks on the 12th -- telling him to walk lightly and carry a big stick.
The defending champion, turned defensive champion, confronted Singh in the champions locker room, then issued a news release questioning Singh's tactics. Sharpened spikes haven't been such an issue in Georgia since Ty Cobb was impaling sandlot shortstops.
The last sentence of Mickelson's missive read: "I believe everything is fine now."...
But getting back to the title, sort of:
Like Marky [Ramone], C.J. [Ramone] has also continued his quest for musical stardom. He currently performs with the bands Los Gusanos and Warm Jets. However, his questionable pedigree and advanced age detract from his hit-making potential. C.J. should consider emphasizing his greater attributes such as his love of leather and his reluctance to shower. These facets of his personality combined with his obvious role as a peace maker in the late stages of the Ramones career make C.J. an ideal candidate for U.S. ambassador to France.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have an obsession for my personal enslavement.
