Trust me, it was really really good
I just posted a long entry regarding how to read the California Voter Guide.

Although Blogger says it posted successfully, I can't find it.

Short version: don't bother with any part of the proposition descriptions except for the "Rebuttal to Argument in Favor of Proposition XXX" and the "Rebuttal to Argument Against Proposition XXX." This is the most entertaining (nasty) and most informative portion of the proposition, since it tells you what' really going on. Or maybe not. But it's still entertaining.

UPDATE: Operator error. The time was twelve hours off.
