DoS Shuts Down Scientology Critic HollywoodInterrupted.com

Apparently, some script-kiddie asshole(s) chock-full of Lord Xenu thetans have attacked HollywoodInterrupted.com with a denial of service attack, knocking it offline to all access. Journalist Mark Ebner's site was the first to break the story on Tom Cruise's blackmailing of Viacom over a South Park episode mocking Scientology and his sexuality.

Until the site is up again...The original story is mirrored here:

SCIENTOLOGIST TOM CRUISE BLACKMAILS VIACOM INTO PULLING THE "TRAPPED IN THE CLOSET" EPISODE OF SOUTH PARK

Sources from inside Paramount and South Park Studios report that parent company Viacom pulled last night's scheduled repeat of the high-rated "Trapped in the Closet" episode after the humorless Scientologist movie star Tom Cruise threatened to cancel all publicity for Mission Impossible:3 if Comedy Central aired the episode that satirizes Scientology and mocks his sexuality again.

Not only is this the first time that the South Park creators have been officially censored in their ten hit seasons with Comedy Central, Viacom officials also reportedly ordered Matt Stone and Trey Parker not to discuss the reason why their episode was cancelled. The South Park boys are said to be angry, but will probably get revenge with the manner in which they deal with Scientologist Isaac Hayes' departure from the show.

Developing....

From Daily Variety:

A spokesman for Cruise denied that Cruise had ever made such a threat. "He never said any such thing about 'Mission: Impossible 3," the spokesman said.

While the "South Park" creators didn't directly comment on Comedy Central's decision to pull the episode, they issued an unusual statement to Daily Variety indicating the battle is not over.

"So, Scientology, you may have won THIS battle, but the million-year war for earth has just begun! Temporarily anozinizing our episode will NOT stop us from keeping Thetans forever trapped in your pitiful man-bodies. Curses and drat! You have obstructed us for now, but your feeble bid to save humanity will fail! Hail Xenu!!!"

The duo signed the statement "Trey Parker and Matt Stone, servants of the dark lord Xenu."

From playfuls.com:

The reason stated by Comedy Central was that, due to Isaac Hayes’ decision to quit the show, they wanted to honor him by airing two episodes in which Chef was most prominent – Chef’s Chocolate Salty Balls and another episode featuring the school cook.

Uh huh. Someone abruptly quits your show and bad-mouths it, and you want to honor him.
