The flip side to the Anything But White sale phenomenon, courtesy Sony:
Sony Corp (NYSE:SNE - news). (6758.T) said on Tuesday it has pulled a Dutch billboard advertising campaign for the new white version of its PlayStation Portable video game player and apologized to anyone offended by ad, which critics dubbed racist.
A billboard ad in the campaign -- which Sony said was launched in the first week of June and created locally and exclusively for the Dutch market -- portrayed a white woman aggressively grabbing the face of a black woman and read "PlayStation Portable White is Coming."
Sony said in a statement that the Netherlands campaign intended to highlight the color contrast between the existing black PSP and the new ceramic white PSP.

I would ask that you just try to keep an open mind and imagine. Picture a black Jesus. Now, does it make any of his supposed miracles, actions, his death and alleged resurrection any less meaningful? No. Some people would just be offended that anyone would even suggest that Jesus was anything but white.
Why does this thought offend so many? Are you afraid of having your beliefs challenged? Is it possible, even fathomable that what you’ve been told is wrong, that you’ve been lead astray? Is the dogma that entrenched in your mind? Or are you just afraid of change?
While I'll grant that Jesus probably didn't look like a Swede, I'm not sure that I can authoritatively say that he looked like Garrett Morris either. Frankly, I figure that he probably looked like Yasser Arafat (without the gun). If you argue that Jesus (and, by extension, all of the first century Jews and their ancestors) were black, then one would figure that the 20th century European Jews would also be black, as would the 20th century Palestinians.
Wikipedia delves into the subject, and does point out that the Middle East was a crossroads of cultures:
In more recent times the fact that the Middle East was a meeting point of cultures and races has led to suggestions that Jesus may have been black or Indian. The ancient Near East was a cultural crossroad, and the only land route out of Africa, where that continent physically joins the Eurasian landmass. The Roman province of Judea (known in the Bronze Age as Canaan, to the Romans as Iudaea, and today as Israel/Palestine), where Jesus lived, had many different waves of immigrants pass through at various points in and before recorded history, with the last major group being the Arab conquest in the 7th century. As such, it is not inconceivable that Jesus could have had at least partial Arab, Berber, Roman, Greek, African, Iranian or even Indian ancestry. Some Hindus argue that his ideas can be traced to Indian sacred culture, leading to suggestions he was either Indian or had studied Vedic traditions.
It is most commonly argued that Jesus was probably of Middle Eastern descent because of the geographic location of the events described in the Gospels, and, among some modern Christian scholars, the genealogy ascribed to him. For this reason, he has been portrayed as a bronze-skinned individual typical of the Levant region.

But the most compelling evidence of all -- 3 proofs that Jesus was a woman:
1. He fed a crowd at a moment's notice when there was no food.
2. He kept trying to get a message across to a bunch of men who just didn't get it.
3. And even when He was dead, He had to get up because there was work to do.
