I used the "sad you see" joke one time when I was substitute teaching Sunday school. No one liked it there either.

Let me inflict it on those of you who have never heard of it: The Saducees were the first century religious group that did not believe in resurrection. Because they did not believe in resurrection, they were "sad, you see."
