I Think It's Time For Another Experiment
Just read a hilarious post from Annika, entitled This Blog Has Two Audiences.

Lately, every couple of days someone has been commenting to that post. i guess google searches for L!nds@y have increased since the Herbie movie came out, and my site pops up as the number seven result in a search for the sudden waif's e-mail address.
Most of the people who arrive and comment do not seem to have a clue....
It's fascinating to read the progression of comments on the original post from February. The first comments are from Annika fans...here's a sample:

Right about then is when the comments start to get screwy. This response explained to Annika who "Mailer Daemon" was:
Mailer Daemon means that the e-mail didn't go through, she probably changed her e-mail address by now.

you guys are really sad.. u honestly think Lindsay would respond to that.. and wat makes u think tht by telling her u noe a cool guy shes gonna care. Oh and for those saying if lindsay is reading this can i have ur email/phone number oh yea cuz a famous celeb like her doesnt have enuf paparazzi bugging her she needs ppl like u bugging her too.. why wld she ever give out personal info like tht to u guys. oh and PS she did change her email a LONG time ago.. if u wanna mail her.. i suggest u send a letter to her fan club in LA.

Man, I like reed the blog and stuf in reverse order and i sed sumfin about paris haveing her email addy and thehn i get back to this post from febuary and thats what annika sed then. Boy im a dumas. which reminds me of a kermit shafer joke, not kermit the frog, kermit shafer he wuz kewl he did bloopers before dick clark who is the old guy who looks yung. But anyway wut i reelly wanted to say is that i read tony pierce and he's like way cool and like linsy should date tony pearce but shes only 18 y know? but i cant rite like this convincingly cause im like 43 and stuff and as i repeatedly say in my blog, i am not trendy.

Actually, the things that fascinates me about Lindsay Lohan, or about any "nice guy"/"nice girl" celebrity that achieves sudden popularity, is how their movie image is eventually very different from their public persona. I mean, all of the gossip mags are talking about problem families and wild parties and plastic surgeries, and she's starring in movies about a talking car. Mary-Kate's doing family movies that make urbanites puke, and...fill in your own joke here.
So does Lindsay continue with these roles, or does she eventually move to something more "adult"? Only her agent knows for sure.
