Danny Bonaduce, Boxing, Reality, and Clothing

From East Side Boxing:

Chicago boxing promoter and former professional boxer, Bobby Hitz, will be hosting a four-hour time slot this Sunday on WSCR 670-AM radio, The Score. Hitz’ show can be heard this Sunday, September 4th, from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight....

Naturally, boxing will be discussed, but Hitz plans to broach all sports. "I want variety, so we’ll be talking about the Bears, the Sox and their playoff chances as well as the Cubs," commented Hitz.

Scheduled guests include: former Heavyweight Champ, George Foreman, Jesse Reid – trainer of Heavyweight Champion Lamon Brewster, Shaun Gayle and Otis Wilson of the 1985 Super Bowl Champion Chicago Bears and former child star turned radio personality, Danny Bonaduce.

Meanwhile, A. J. Benza comments on reality TV:

As the Internet has replaced the neighborhood library, VH1 has replaced the History Channel, I suppose. And, I say, thank God for that. If the good, old history-conscious folks at VH1 weren't doing this, than how would our innocent, information-deprived children ever know about Hulk Hogan's long-storied steroid use or the wonderful work Tommy Lee laid out in his Internet sex tape or domestic violence, and most important, Bonaduce's curious encounter with that transvestite prostitute and his suicide attempt. These are vital stories in how this great nation was shaped and VH1 ought to be applauded for their efforts.

Meanwhile, if you're 5'8" or under, Jimmy Au is your man - and the man for a lot of other people:

Jimmy Au's for Men 5'8" and Under (www.jimmyaus.com) today announced from the MAGIC Marketplace in Las Vegas, Nevada that Jimmy Au's will open the largest designer short men's clothing store in the United States. The new store will open in November of 2005 in Beverly Hills, California in the city's Golden Triangle as the specialty clothier celebrates its 30th anniversary of being in the short men's clothing business....

"For 30 years, Jimmy Au's has strived to make a difference in the lives of shorter men by providing them with the same fashion opportunities and designer style choices as their taller counterparts," said Alan Au, Marketing Director for Jimmy Au's. "Men 5'8" and under know all too well the pain and difficulty of finding smaller sizes. Most have long been relegated to wearing ill-fitting, modified fashions designed for the larger man, making them actually appear shorter than they really are. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary of being in the short men's clothing business, Jimmy Au's looks forward to carrying on our excellent tradition of providing quality services and clothing to an even wider audience."

Jimmy Au's has wardrobed numerous celebrities in many fields, including Danny DeVito (TV/film), Dick Clark (TV/radio), Paul Williams (music), Scott Hamilton (sports), Bart Connor (sports), David Cassidy (music/TV), Danny Bonaduce (radio/TV), Flava Flav (music/TV), D.L. Hughley (TV/film), Michael J. Fox (TV/film), Joel Grey (TV/stage), Mel Brooks (film/stage), Nathan Lane (film/stage), Martin Sheen (TV/film) and Mark Wahlberg (film)....
