Inasmuch as THL has no appropriate...body parts to cut off, I'll concentrate on the first part of her statement rather than the last. Not sure why she put it there, although the same statement appears in a March 27 blog post by Heidi, and was apaprently taken from an Absolutely Fabulous episode.
