Beachside? Yes and No
I was surprised to learn that Century 21 Beachside actually does have locations by the beach.

I was only familiar with their locations in such beach communities as Upland and Brea.

Their website, however, indicates that they also have two (1) (2) locations in Huntington Beach, and one location in Long Beach.

So I can't say that all of the Century 21 Beachside locations are nowhere near a beach - just most of them.
