Won't come back from Dead Man's Curve...
Now here's something to get one thinking:
"Many celebrities were recently solicited by Mr. [Larry] King, who asked them to write their own eulogies (while they're still very much alive), explaining how they want to be remembered after they're gone....Jan Berry got just such a letter in the mail from Mr. King's literary agent....After five months, we heard from Jeanne Welsh of Bill Adler Books: 'We recently received the manuscript back from the publisher, Doubleday. With an overwhelming 475 replies to Larry King's collection, the publisher decided to make a number of cuts.'"
It's a pity that King won't be using Berry's contribution, since Berry is a person who actually had to confront mortality at a young age. I encourage you to read Berry's response to King's request, which has been posted here.
